| Andhra Style Chilli Chicken |

Ingredients:
10-12 medium sized chicken pieces
2-3 onions
12-14 green chillies
Ginger and Garlic paste
Sunflower Oil
Garam Masala
Salt to taste
Method:
Fry the chopped onion until light brown.
Add the chicken pieces and stir for some time.
Add the green chillies and Ginger Garlic paste, cook until chicken is almost done.
Add the garam masala and stir well. Add ½ cup water and cook till dry. Serve hot.
Note: This is not Chinese style chilli chicken. This is an Andhra dish.
