Ingredients
- Apricots(Dried): 250gms
- Almonds and Apricot kernals: 3tbl spoon
- Sugar: 125gms
- Lemon Juice: 1 tbl spoon
- Water
- Fresh Cream
Method
- Soak the apricots in water for about 3-4 hours.
- Remove the seeds from apricots and grind it with spoon.
- Cook with lemon juice, sugar and water untill it become thick.
- Remove from the flame and refrigerate it for an hour.
- Garnish with almonds, apricot kernal and fresh cream.
